Summit Campus Resident Profile

Summit Campus residents are typically between the ages of 18 and 26. At Summit Campus, we will accept residents who have deferred their High School Diploma in order to avail themselves of a fifth year transition programming. Cognitive
Profile

  • Diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Asperger’s, ADHD and related diagnoses.

  • Wechsler Intelligence Scale -- Average or Above Average Score

  • Motivated to succeed while recognizing the need for additional support that aligns with the Campus program.

  • Have potential to live independently.

  • Have potential and goals to attend college or a career program independently.

Social-Emotional Profile

  • Emotional, behavioral and psychological stability.

  • Demonstrates ability to live in semi-independent residence.

  • Desire to engage in social connections - both within the residence and in the community.

  • Willingness to participate in all of the Campus programming.

  • Model positive behavior and social skills.

  • Free of any substance abuse challenges

  • Applying to the program of own free will.
